AGREEMENT TO EXECUTE SATISFACTION AND RELEASE OF CLAIM
Upon receipt of secured funds in the amount of $1500.00 in settlement payment of the claim
made against the estate, Balogh Becker, Ltd. agrees to execute a Satisfaction and Release of the
Claim of Discover Financial Services, Inc. against the above-referenced Estate to acknowledge
payment and discharge of claim and to release the Estate and personal representative from all
further liability with respect thereto.
