WHEREAS, mOMAS A. STAMBAUGH and KELLY L. STAMBAUGH of741 Tower Road,
Eoola, Pennsylvania, has executed a contract with KREAMER & SON CONSTRUCTION CO., 240
Clark Road, Hershey, Pennsylvania, for the erection ofa building addition upon premises commonly
known as 741 TOWER ROAD, Township EAST PENNSBORO, Cumberland Couuty, Peunsylvania, as
set furth in the deed dated March 8, 1993, recorded at Deed Book E-36, Page 93, in the Recorders Office
for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more specifically described in Exhibit" A" which is
incorporated herein and allacbed hereto.
NOW, June 8, 2005, at the lime of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by lhe said Owner to the said Contractor to commence
work on the said building addition, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of
the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid
by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against lhe building by the Contractor, or any
subcontractor, nor by any of the materialmen or workmen or any other po,""n for any labor, or marerials
purchased, or extra labor or marerials purChased for the erection of said building addition, the right to file
such liens being expressly waived.
