McMahan is discharged as Administratrix of the Estate of Myra C. Esh and
Pennsylvania National Mutual Casualty Insurance Company is discharged as
surety on their Administratrix's bond, the bond being number SB 53180 in the
amount of $200,000.00.

PETITION TO DISCHARGE SURETY AND ADMINISTRATRIX
TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT:
The Petition of Mary E. McMahan, Administratrix of the Estate of
Myra C. Esh, respectfully represents:
1.
Myra C. Esh died April 14, 1978, intestate.
2.
The Register of Wills of Cumberland County duly appointed Mary E.
McMahan, Administratrix of the Estate of Myra C. Esh on May 15, 1978.
3.
At the time she qualified as Administratrix she obtained a surety bond
in the amount of $200,000.00, being bond number SB 53180 from Pennsylvania
National Mutual Casualty Insurance Company which was filed in the Register
of Wills of Cumberland County.
4.
Petitioner - Administratrix completed settlement of the estate and
obtained from the heirs-at-law a Family Agreement whereby they waived the
duty of the Administratrix to file a First and Final Account with Proposed
Schedule of Distribution for the purposes of confirmation by The Court,
acknowledged receipt of their distributive share as shown in the First and
Final Account with Proposed Schedule of Distribution attached to the Family
Agreement, and mutually released Mary E. McMahan from all claims and demands
whatsoever arising out of the settlement of the Estate of Myra C. Esh.
5.
The above Family Agreement was duly acknowledged and filed with The
Register of Wills on May 14, 1979.

WHEREFORE, Your Petitioner prays Your Honorable Court to discharge
the Pennsylvania National Mutual Casualty Insurance Company, as surety for
Mary E. McMahan and Mary E. McMahan, Administratrix.
AND SHE WILL EVER PRAY.
