I, WESLEY F. SHANK, of the Township of Hampden, County of Cumberland
and State of Pennsylvania, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament, hereby revoking any and all other wills by me at any time here-
to fore made.
1. I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses as
soon after my decease as may be convenient to my Executor hereinafter named.
2. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, I give, devise
and bequeath to my wife, ANNA R. SHANK, provided that she survives me by thirty
(30) days.
3. Should my wife predecease me, I give and bequeath One Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($150.00) to the SOCIETY FOR THE PROPAGATION OF THE FAITH OF THE
ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Diocese.
4. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, I give, devise
and bequeath as follows:
A. I give and bequeath one-half of my estate to my son, SYLVESTER
F. SHANK, provided he survives me by thirty (30) days. If my
son, Sylvester F. Shank, does not survive me by thirty (30)
days, then this share I give, devise and bequeath to his then
living issue per stirpes.
B. I give and bequeath one-half of my estate to my daughter, ANNA
C. NATALE, provided she survives me by thirty (30) days. If my
daughter, Anna C. Natale, does not survive me by thirty (30)
days, then this share I give, devise and bequeath to her tthen
living issue per stirpes.
5. I name, constitute and appoint my son, SYLVESTER F. SHANK, to be
the Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament. If my son, Sylvester F.
Shank, is unable or unwilling to serve as Executor, I appoint my daughter, ANNA

C. NATALE, Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament. If my daughter, Anna
C. Natale, is unable or unwilling to serve as Executrix, I appoint CUMBERLAND
COUNTY NATIONAL BANK & TRUST COMPANY, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, to be
Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament.
