ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, March ~ ,1979, upon consideration of the within
petition, Joseph Hess and Holly Hess are authorized to receive
stock certificates valued at $2581.42 with their mother Evelyn
S. Hess as custodian from the Estate of William J. Hess, Sr.
The natural guardian, Evelyn S. Hess, is also authorized to
receive $6872.00 on behalf of each minor from the Equitable Life
Assurance Society of the United States and directed to deposit
these funds in the Cumberland Valley Savings and Loan Association
in savings certificates whose records shall be marked to show
that no withdrawal, unless to reinvest, shall be made therefrom
without order of Court, and that evidence of the deposit or in-
vestment to indicate the restriction be filed with the Court.
In the event of no withdrawals prior to the said Joseph Hess
attaining his majority on April 6, 1980, and Holly Hess attaining
her majority on December 20, 1981, the Cumberland Valley Savings
and Loan Association may pay over the funds upon order of the late
minors without further order of Court.

PETITION FOR AWARD OF MINORS' SHARE
TO THE HONORABLE THE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT:
1. Your petitioner is Evelyn S. Hess of 146 Virginia Avenue,
Carlisle, Cmnberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. Your petitioner is administrator of the Estate of William
J. Hess, Sr. who died intestate on May 3, 1978.
3. The first and final account of your petitioner as ad-
ministrator as presented to this Court proposes to distribute to
Joseph Hess and Holly Hess $2581.42 each as their share of the
estate under the intestate laws in shares of stock with Evelyn
S. Hess as custodian as follows:
20 shares United Telecommunications, Inc.
50 shares General Public Utilities Corp.
4. Joseph Hess is a minor born April 6, 1962 and resides
with his mother Evelyn S. Hess at 146 Virginia Avenue, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
5. Holly Hess is a minor
born December 20, 1963
and resides with her mother Evelyn S. Hess at 146 Virginia Avenue,
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
6. Joseph Hess is a beneficiary of proceeds of life in-
surance from Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States
in the amount of $6872.00.
Holly Hess is a beneficiary of proceeds of life insurance
from Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States in
the amount of $6872.00.
7. The entire estate of Joseph Hess has a value less than
$10,000 and the estate of Holly Hess has a value of less than
$10,000.

WHEREFORE, petitioner prays your Honorable Court to make an
order, pursuant to authority of the Decedents, Estates and Fidu-
ciaries Act of 1972, Sec. 5101, of payment of these estates of
the value of less than $10,000 each and of delivery to Joseph
Hess and Holly Hess without the appointment of a guardian by your
Honorable Court or the entry of any security.
