I,Eurr B. Brooks, Sr., presently residing at R.D. #1,
Boiling Springs, Cwrrberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound
and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament. hereby
revoking any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I order and direct that my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid and satisfied as soon as they conveniently can
be after my decease.
SECOND: All the rest. residue and remainder of my estate.
whether real, personal or mixed, wheresoever situate, which I may
now have, or which I may hereafter be possessed of. I hereby give,
devise and bequeath unto my wife, Caroline Z. Brooks, who
presently resides in present residence, R.D. #1. Boiling Springs,
Pennsylvania. to be hers absolutely.
THIRD: In the event that the said Caroline Z. Brooks shall
predecease me, then and in that event, all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate. whether real, personal or mixed. and
wheresoever situate, which I may now have or which I may hereafter
be possessed of. I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my
daugh tel' Darleen Eleanor Brooks. presently res id ing at Glen lUlls,
Pennsylvania, my son Burr Boyd Brooks. Jr., presently residing
,at R.D. #1, Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania, and my step-daughter
I ]Vjqry Earbara Einolf, presently residing at R.D. #1, Boiling
Springs, Pennsylvania, equally.
FOURTH: In the event that Darleen Eleanor Brooks should pre-

decease me then the share to which she would have been entitled
