I, JOSEPH S. TYSON, of the Township of Lower Allen, County
of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, do hereby declare this to
be my Last Will and Testament, revoking all other Wills and Codicils hereto-
fore made by me.
ITEM 1:
I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, real,
personal and mixed, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate, to my be-
loved wife, VERNA M. TYSON.
ITEM 2:
If my wife, VERNA M. TYSON, should predecease
me, I give and bequeath TWO THOUSAND ($2,000) DOLLARS to my sister-in-
law, PEARL TYSON of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
ITEM 3:
If my wife, VERNA M. TYSON, should predecease
me, I give and bequeath TWO THOUSAND ($2,000) DOLLARS to my niece,
LOIS DUNHAM of Mansfield, Ohio.
ITEM 4:
If my wife, VERNA M. TYSON, should predecease
me, I give and bequeath FOUR THOUSAND ($4,000) DOLLARS to my niece,
JANET LYTLE of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.
ITEM 5:
If my wife, VERNA M. TYSON, should predecease
me, I give and bequeath ONE THOUSAND ($1,000) DOLLARS to my niece,
SALLY SHAW of Sebastopol, California.
ITEM 6:
If my wife, VERNA M. TYSON, should predecease
me, I give and bequeath ONE THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED ($1,500) DOLLARS
to my cousin, VERNE KLIMKO of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

me, I give and bequeath ONE THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED ($1,500) DOLLARS
to my cousin, GER TRUDE LANG, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

If my wife, VERNA M. TYSON, should predecease
me, I give and bequeath ONE THOUSAND ($1,000) DOLLARS to my friends,
ANTHONY MOROZ and HELENA MOROZ, of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania,
jointly or to the survivor.
ITEM 9:
If my wife, VERNA M. TYSON, should predecease
me, I give and bequeath FIVE HUNDRED ($500) DOLLARS to my friend, GER-
TRUDE SCHIRF, of Nicktown, Pennsylvania.
ITEM 10:
If my wife, VERNA M. TYSON, should predecease
Jme, I give and bequeath one Oak Bedroom Set Complete, with one Rocker and
Bowl and Pitcher Set to my friend, JOSEPH FINK, of Laurinburg, North Caro-

ITEM 11:
If my wife, VERNA M. TYSON, should predecease
me, I give and bequeath ONE THOUSAND ($1,000) DOLLARS to the ENDOW-
MENT FUND, MESSIAH LUTHERAN CHURCH at Commonwealth and Forster
Streets, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
ITEM 12:
If any of the above beneficiaries shall predecease
rne, his or her bequest shall become part of the residue of my estate.
ITEM 13:
If my wife, VERNA M. TYSON, should predecease
rne, I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, real, personal and mixed, of whatsoever nature and wherewoever sit-
uate as follows:
(a) One-Quarter (1/4) to my brother, CHARLES
E. TYSON, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania;
(b) One-Quarter (1/4) to my sister, GLADYS E.
BOMGARDNER, of Palmyra, Pennsylvania;
(c) One-Quarter (1/4) to my sister, JANICE K.
BOMGARDNER. of Forrestville, California;

(d) One-Quarter (1/4) to my sister, ELLA MAE
DEIT ZEL of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania;
to share and share alike, or to the survivors.
ITEM 14:
In the event that any beneficiary under this Will and
I shall die under such circumstances that there is no sufficient evidence that
we died otherwise than simultaneously, such beneficiary shall be deemed to
have predeceased me.
ITEM 15:
I appoint my beloved wife, VERNA M. TYSON,
Executrix of this Will and direct that she be permitted to serve without bond
and without any intervention of any court except as required by law. I author-
ize my Executrix to sell, encumber, mortgage, invest, distribute in kind, or
retain any item of property of my estate in such manner as she shall deem
proper, limited only by her own discretion. If for any reason my Executrix
appointed under this Will should fail to serve in that capacity, I appoint
ROBER T D. HANSON, Esquire, my Executor with the same powers and priv-
ileges set forth above.
