Sunday, of Millers Gap Road, Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, execute and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament. I. I will that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid in full. II. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate to my wife, Nancy. III. In the event that my wife, Nancy, does not survive me, or if we should perish in a common accident so that the order of our deaths cannot be determi ned, I gi ve, devise and bequeath a 11 of the res t, residue and remainder of my estate as follow: a. To my youngest daughter, Erin, one-half of the estate. b. To my other children, Russell, Jr. and Stacey, one-half of the estate to be shared equally between them. c. In the event that the children have not reached the age of twenty-one (21) years at the time of our deaths, I nominate Allen A. Zimmerman, my brother-in-law, as guardian for Erin; and Valerie Sunday, my former wife and mother of Russell, Jr. and Stacey, as guardian for them. IV. I hereby appoint my wife, Nancy as executor of this Will. If she cannot serve, I appoint my brother-in-law, Allen A.
