REAL ESTATE
1. ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel or tract of land situate in thE
Township of Silver Spring, County of Cumberland and State of Penn-
sylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to
wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of Millers Gap Road
at the southern line of a 33 foot right-of-way; thence along said
right-of-way, North 87 degrees East 176.5 feet, more or less, to a
point at line of lands now or formerly of Herbert Markel: thence
along said last mentioned lands, South 3 degrees East 150 feet,
more or less, to a point at line of lands of S. L. Voegelsong,
now or late of Nick Davick; thence along said last mentioned lands 1.
South 86 degrees West 72.45 feet, more or less, to a point in the
center line of Millers Gap Road; thence along the center line of
Millers Gap Road, North 38 degrees West 183.3 feet to the point and
place of Beginning. I
