JONES, of the Township of Silver Spring, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby re- voking and making void any and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made. 1- I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. 2. I give, devise and bequeath to my granddaughter, Patsy J. Zimmerman, a tract of land which adjoins the land now owned by my said granddaughter and her husband, extending northwardly from the north line of their property along land of McCahan to the land known as the "draft", this tract of land to be an extension to the land owned by my said grand- daughter and her husband, and to have the same width of one hundred (100) feet. I direct my Executors hereinafter named to have this tract of land surveyed before selling the remain- der of my real estate. 3. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, shall be converted into cash and divided equally among my five (5) children, David W.
