PETITION UNDER SECTION 3102 OF THE PROBATE,
ESTATES AND FIDUCIARIES CODE FOR
SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
TO THE HONORABLE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:

Raymond Walter Schenk, Jr., your Petitioner, files this Petition for Settlement of a Small Estate'
under the provisions of Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code and in support
thereof avers that:
(1) Your Petitioner, Raymond Walter Schenk, Jr., is a competent adult residing at 403
Cosgrove Street, Bainbridge Island, Washington, 98110, and is the child of the above
decedent.
(2) Raymond Walter Schenk, Sr., parent of the Petitioner died on April 21, 2005, at the age
of 89 years, but prior thereto lived and was domiciled at 1000
Claremont Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. He died with a Will and
no letters Testamentary have been issued.
(3) Raymond Walter Schenk, Sr. had no probate estate when he died other than life
insurance. A copy of the letter of notice showing the value is attached hereto as exhibit
A.
(4) The sole heirs and next of kin and their relationship to the decedent are as follows:
Raymond \Valter Schenk, Jr., son
(5) Your Petitioner avers that there are no creditors of the decedent and no claims unpaid
known to your Petitioner.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner respectfully requests that an Order be made authorizing
distribution of the sum of $5,000.00 to Raymond Walter Schenk, Jr., pursuant to Section 3102 of the
Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code.
