AT AN ORPHANS' COURT, Began on Tuesday the 21st day of June A.D. 2005, and
holden at Carlisle, in and for Cumberland County, before the Honorable Judge J. Wesley
Oler, Jr, Sole Judge the following proceedings were held to wit:

ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 21st day of June, 2005, upon consideratoin of the "Objections of
Second and Final Account by PNC Bank, NA of Mildred J. Gerber, Successor Trustee",
filed by Marilyn Gerber, pro se, William A. Duncan, Esquire is appointed auditor with
respect to this matter with the responsibilities and duties normally associated with an
auditor in such matters.
