ITEM I: I devise and bequeath all of my estate, of every nature
and wherever situate, to my wife, RUTH F. BRUBAKER, if she survives me by
thirty days.
ITEM II: If my wife, RUTH F. BRUBAKER, fails to survive me, I make
the following disposition of my estate:
A. I bequeath the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars to the
WATCH TOWER BIBLE & TRACT SOCIETY, now of 124 Columbia
Heights, Brooklyn, New York 11201.
B. I bequeath the sum of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars to each
grandchild of mine who survives me by thirty days.
C. With respect to the foregoing bequests in paragraphs A and B
above, similar provisions are contained in the will of my
wife executed this date and it is our intention that each
legatee receive only one such bequest so that the bequests
are not doubled in the event that my wife and I die within

thirty days of each other. It is our intention each of
said bequests be satisfied out of the estate of the
survivor of my wife and myself (regardless of whether

and to the extent not so satisfied then the unpaid balance
of any such bequest shall be satisfied out of the estate
of the one first to die.
D. I bequeath my wife's diamond ring to my daughter, JANET
LEONE HAMILTON, if she survives me by thirty days.
E. I bequeath my wife's diamond necklace to my daughter,
DONNA JEAN ANDREWS, if she survives me by thirty days.
F. I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of every
nature and wherever situate to my issue, per stirpes, who
survive me by thirty days.
ITEM III: I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in conse-
quence of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed,
shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the expense of the
administration of my estate.
ITEM IV: I appoint my wife, RUTH F. BRUBAKER, Executrix of this
my last will. Should my wife, RUTH F. BRUBAKER, fail to qualify or cease to
act as Executrix, I appoint my daughters, JANET LEONE HAMILTON and DONNA JEAN
ANDREWS, Executrices of this my last will.
