I, PAULINE R. FREET, do hereby make, publish and de-
clare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking
and making void any and all Wills, Codicils, or writings of
a testamentary nature heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I order and direct my hereinafter named executor
(or executrix) to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses
as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate I give, devise and bequeath unto my husband, WILLARD
E. FREET.
THIRD: In the event my husband predeceases me or we
should die in a common accident or disaster, then I give,
devise, and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of

my estate unto my children, in equal shares.
FOURTH: In the event any of my children predecease me,
I give, devise, and bequeath such deceased child's share unto
THE VALLEY TRUST COMPANY OF PALMYRA,PA., IN TRUST, for the
following uses and purposes:
(a) To divide the same into as many shares as
such deceased child has children;

(b) To use the income and principal of each
share for the education of such grandchild in an
accredited school of higher education, beyond the high-
school level;
(c) Upon each grandchild attaining the age of
25 years, to pay the remaining principal and accumulated
income to such grandchild.
FIFTH: I nominate, constitute and appoint my husband,
WILLARD E. FREET, executor of this, my last will and test-
ament, typewritten on two (2) sheets of paper; and in the
event my husband predeceases me, then I nominate and appoint
WILLARD E. FREET, JR., executor; and in the event he pre-
deceases me or is unable to serve, I nominate and appoint
ANITA WENRICH, executrix; and in the event she predeceases
me or is unable to serve, I nominate and appoint SONJA WINGARD,
executrix.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this 25th day of Aggust, A.D., 1967.
