D. # 1, North Locust Point Road, Mechanicsburg), Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made. 1. I direct my hereinafter named Executors to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soo.Q. after my death as may be found convenient to do so. 2. I direct that all transfer inheritance taxes, succession taxes, estate taxes, and similar taxes which may be payable on account of my death whether based on the value of assets passing under this Will or otherwise, shall be paid by my hereinafter named Executors from assets of my estate. 3. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situate, I give, devise and bequeath as follows: (a) One-half to my daughter, Edna Elizabeth Raudabaugh, of R. D. # 1, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; <. (b) The other one-half to Farmers Trust Company, and its successors, 1 West High Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in trust, to be added to and administered under the terms and conditions of the Trust Agreement entered into by me with said Farmers Trust Company on June 20, 1975. 4. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said daughter, Edna Elizabeth Raudabaugh, and my grandson, Stephen Merrill Ondek, or either of them, as Co-Executors of this my last Will and Testament, and I further direct that neither of them shall be required to post any bond to secure the 721 .. . , faithful performance of her or his duties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or in any other jurisdiction.
