FORD, of South Middleton Township, Cumberland Courity, , (.,., l....~ Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and revoke any Will previously made by me. ITEM I: I direct that my Executrix or alternate Co-Executors arrange for my funeral and burial. ITEM II: I direct that my funeral expenses, grave marker and the costs of the administration of my estate be paid out of my residuary estate as soon as may be convenient after my death. ITEM III: I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as part of the administration thereof, to the end that no beneficiary hereunder, or any other person, shall be charged with or required to pay any part of such taxes. ITEM IV: I devise and bequeath my entire estate of every nature and wherever situate, whether real, personal or mixed, to my wife, Sylvia A. Ford, provided she shall survive me by thirty (30) days. ITEM V: Should my wife, Sylvia A. Ford, predecease me or die on or before the thirtieth (30th) day following my death, then and in that event, I devise and bequeath my entire estate of every nature and wherever situate, whether real, personal or mixed, as follows: A. One quarter (1/4) to my daughter, Margaret Viola Welsh; B. One quarter (1/4) to my grandson, Timothy James Strine; C. One eighth (1/8) to my nephew, Richard Lee Adams; D. One eighth (1/8) to my grandson, Patrick Linn Strine; and E. One eighth (1/8) to my grandson, Steven Lee Strine. F. One eighth (1/8) to my niece, Mary Hummel. Should any of the residuary legatees hereinbefore mentioned predecease me, then and in that event I direct that the share of such deceased residuary legatee be divided among the surviving residuary legatees hereinbefore mentioned in their respective shares. ITEM VI: I authorize and empower my hereinafter named Executrix or alternate Co-Executors to convert any property that I may own at my death, whether real, personal or mixed, at either private or public sale, whichever in their opinion is deemed best, hereby vesting in said Executrix or alternate Co-Executors full power and authority to make, execute, acknowledge and deliver good and sufficient deeds or assurances of title thereof, taking into consideration what would be best for any of my beneficiaries who may then be minors. ITEM VII: I appoint my wife, Sylvia A. Ford, Executrix of this my Last Will. Should my wife, Sylvia A. Ford, fail to qualify or cease to act as Executrix, I appoint my daughter, Margaret Viola Welsh, and my grandson, Timothy James Strine, alternate Co- Executors of this my Last Will. ITEM VIII: I direct that my Executrix or alternate Co-Executors shall not be required to give bond for the faithful performance of their duties in this or in any other jurisdiction.
