Monroe, and State of Pennsylvania, being oJ' sound mind, memory
and tmderstanding, do make and publish this i~Y last Will lL11.d Testament,
hereby l'evolcirL; and ma:i:ing void any and all will or wills by me at
any time heretofore made.
As to such estate as it hath pleased God to entrust me with, I
dispose of in manner as follows:
1. I direct my :C:xecutrix Or' ~xecutor h'3reinai'tec' tl-JJ;C'3] to PLY
all of' my just debts and funef'al expenses as soon as conveniently
may be after my decease.
2. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real
personal and mixed, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate at
the tiJre of my decease, I f;ive, and devise and bequeath unto my wi fe,
Ethel Mae Rutman, for and during the term of her natural life and
upon her decease, or in the event that she and I die at or about the
same time as a result of accident, or otherwise, then I give and
bequeath said residue unto my children, Cynda Kae Rutman Sherrick
and David James Rutman, to them, their heirs and assigns in fee
simple estate, share and share alike.
3. I nominate, constitute and aDpoint my wife, Ethel [IIae
Hutman, Executrix of' this my last Will and 'l'estament, and in the event
of' her decease, I nominate, Constitute and appoint my only son,
David James Hut man , Executor of this my last Will and 'l'estament.
