AND FURlliER, upon default, I/We hereby authorize and empower any attorney of any t::a-
court of record of Pennsylvania or elsewhere to appear for me/us and enter judgment against
me/us for the above sum, together with interest accrued thereon, with or without declaration, with
costs of suit, with release of errors and without stay of execution. I/We also waive the right of
inquisition on any real estate that may be levied upon to collect this Note, and do hereby voluntarily
condemn the same, and authorize the Prothonotary to enter upon the writ of execution said
voluntary condemnation; and do hereby waive and release all relief from any and all appraisement,
stay of execution, or exemption or bankruptcy law, of this or any other state now in force or
hereafter to be passed.
lliE UNDERSIGNED, agree/s and acknowledge/s that the rights granted herein to any
holder of this Note shall not be exhausted by a single entry of judgment, and that judgment may be
entered hereon from time to time and any number of times, and in any jurisdiction or number of
jurisdictions, so long as any sum or sums payable hereunder by the undersigned remain unpaid and
uncollected by such holder.
THE UNDERSIGNED specifically authorize/s the enhy of judgment against him/her lit/them
and waive/s any rights that he/ she/it/they may have preventing the entry of judgment or requiring
that notice first be given to him/herlit/them, intentionally, understandingly and voluntarily doing
