SWEIGERT, of the Borough of New Cumberland, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any will previously made by me. ITEM I: I direct that I be buried in the cemetery in Middletown, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, in the lot next to the lot in which my wife, MARGARET SWEIGERT, is buried. I further direct that the tombstone now placed in this lot be engraved with the date of my death. ITEM II: I bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars to each of my grandchildren and great-grandchildren who survive me. The fore- going bequests shall include any grandchildren and great-grandchildren who are born after the date of this will and who survive me. ITEM III: I bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars to my friend, MARLENE GINGRICH, as a token of my appreciation for her kindness and understanding through the years. ITEM IV: I bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars to my friend, ELIZABETH FISHER, as a token of my appreciation for her kindness and understanding through the years. ITEM V: I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate, of every nature and wherever situate, in equal shares, to such of my following named children, ESTHER I. HARRIS, RUTH M. SMELTZER and RAY C.
