Since the people th~t lived with Margaret Bear got rid of last year's
papers/cancelled checkslbills I can only try and see if she has any
other money due someone as paper work comes in the mail. I gone
thru all the papers at the house that I know about and called those
firms.
I called Med Life Inyestors on April 20, 2005 and got nothing in
the mail as I was told. I called again on July 6, 2005 and they said
I will have something in the mail in 2 weeks. As soon as I get the
information I will send it to you. ~ ~

1. My understanding - Since Margaret had a joint account
with her ex-husband - only he would know if she had any
important papers/stockslbonds/money certificates/money/etc
in the safety deposit box). Since he had joint ownership on
the box I do not know if he removed anything from the
safety deposit box when Margaret was sick and in the
hospital dying. I will not be responsible for what he has
done.
2. David King, estate attorney, will do the paper work to get
into the safety deposit box when he has time. His address
and phone number is: 23 Beaver Drive, P.O. Box 1016,
DuBois, PA -- 814-371-3760.
3. I will not be ip Carlisle until August 12 - afternoon only to
go to the bank. All the trips down to Carlisle - the money
comes out of my pocket - I can't afford to go down there all
the time and I get no money back to help with the cost. My
husband needs a couple weeks notice to get offwork (we
were down there other days and things couldn't be done on
those days). This will be the last day he will be taking any
days off during the week to take me down there - he has
used several vacation days already to help me get things
done down there with the estate. I will be down in Carlisle
on August 12 and if things can't be done on that day I don't
know when things will get done.
