LODEK, of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by me heretofore made. ITEM I: I direct that a~l my legally owing debts and funerale:lfc penses, administration expenses and any taxes payable on account of my < death, be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease. ITEM II: It is my desire to be interred in the Rolling Green Mem- orial Park in Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. ITEM Ill: I give, devise and bequeath all the residue of my estate, of whatever nature and wherever situate, to my niece, Emma M. Reeves, of 701 Winton Street, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. If said Emma M. Reeves does not survive me by thirty (30) days, I then give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, of whatever nature and wherever situate to Frances McGowan, Route 6, 1298 B Lawson Lane, Apache Junction, Arizona. ~ ITEM IV: I nominate, constitute and appoint Emma M.
