Account of Joseph Black,;.Executor of the Will of the Decedent,
having been confirmed March 6, 1979, together with a Statement
of Distribution, proposing distribution of real estate in kind,
it is ordered and adjudged and decreed that the following said
real estate is hereby awarded to JOSEPH BLACK, in fee simple:
ALL that certain tract of land situate in the Borough of
Carlisle, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, more
particularly bounded and,'described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a poin;t on the North side of East Loutner
Street; thence Northwardly through the ceriter of a cOInmonalley
or passageway and along 'property formerly of FrankF. Lay, now
of George 'O'Hara, a distariceof one hundred sixty-nine and five-
tenths (169.5) feet, more or less, to a point in line of land
of I1rs. Ruth Snowden; thence Eastwardly along lands of the latte
a distance of fourteeri (14)'feet, more or less, to a point;
thence Southwardly along the lands now or formerly of John
Aichele, a distance of one hundred sixty nine and five-te~ths
(169.5) feet, more or less, to a point in said East LOuther
Street; thence WestwardLy along said East Louther Street, a
'distance of fourteeri (14) feet, more or less, to a point, the
Place of Beginning:
BEING improved with a two and one-half story brick dwelling
house known and numbered as 39 East Louther Street. '
TOGETHER with the right to the use withtheowrier of the
property on the West of the' common alleyway or passageway leadin
Northwardly from'saidEast Louther Street, the said alleyway or
passageway being builtbetweeri the house hereby being conveyed
and the house on the WeS:t:
BEING the same premises which Alice Jean Lewis Bensing and
James A. Bensing, her husbarid, by Deed dated May 2, 1960, and
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County in Deed Book "U", Vol. 19, Page 190 , granted
and conveyed to Isabel M. Black; Grantor herein. " '
It is further ordered that the Recorder of Deeds record a
copy of this Decree and to index it against the Estate of
Isabel M: Black, grantor~ '
