2. The said Trustees, or the survivor of them, TO HAVE
AND TO HOLD the said moneys and property to the said Trustees,
their successors or assigns, upon the following express trust and
conditions, and with the powers and limitations hereinafter con-
ferred and set forth:

3. The Trustees are authorized and empowered to invest and
reinvest the principal funds of the said Trust, not being confined
to investing in the "so-called" legal investments under Pennsyl-
vania Laws, but are empowered to so invest as to assure the largest
income to the Trust commensurate with the reasonable protection
of the principal of the said Trust. The Trustees are further em-
powered to vote and give proxies in respect to any shares of
stock at any time forming a portion of the trust fund. Any change
in investments, however, shall be made only with the consent of
both Trustees.
DISTRIBU'I'ION aI" INCOI1E
4. The Trustees are directed to collect and receive all in-
come of whatever kind derived from the investments in said Trust.
and to pay the net income after deduction of all proper charges
and expenses in monthly installments, to Marjorie Goossens,
daughter of the Grantors William J. & Fannie Fetter, for and
during the term of her natural life.

4 (a) Upon the death of the said Marjorie Goossens.
the Trustees are directed to pay the net income from the said
Trust to Fannie Fetter. wife of William J. Fetter, if living,
for and during the term of her natural life.
4 (b) Upon the death of the said Fannie Fetter, or if she
should not be living at the time of the death of Marjorie Gooss-
ens, the Trustees are then directed to pay the net income from
the said Trust to the Carlisle Hospital of Carlisle, Pennsyl-
vania, said income to be used solely for the maintenance of the
said hospital; that is to say, it shall not be used either di-
rectly or indirectly for any hospita.l or other c,.pital improve-
ments or expenditures, and in this connection the Trustees shall
require the said hospital authorities to submit semi-annual re-

ports to the Trustees, settin8 forth in detail the items and
amounts for which the income paid over to the hospital is ex-
pended.
DI3POSI'lION O~' EXTRAORDINARY AND S'I'QCK DrliIDENDS
5. All stock and liquidating dividends and stock rights
which shall be received by the Trustees hereunder. shall be added
to the principal of the said Trust Fund and all cash dividends
shall be treated as income for distribution to the beneficiaries.
POWER TO INCREASE THE PRINCIPAL OF THE TRUST
6. It is hereby expressly understood and agreed that the
Grantors shall have the right at any time and from time to time
to assign, transfer, deliver or deposit with the Trustees securi-
ties. money or other property which thereupon shall become a part
of the Trust Estate and subject in every respect to the Trust
and the terms and conditions of this Indenture.

7. It is hereby expressly understood and agreed that this
Trust shall be irrevocable and after the death of the life ten-
ants hereunder shall be perpetual and for the benefit of the
Carlisle Hospital as set forth above.
IT IS FURTHER UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that neither the prin-
cipal nor income of the Trust shall in any manner be subject or
liable to any debts, contracts or liabilities whatsoever and
shall not be subject for attachment or sequestration under any
legal or equitable or other process.
PURPOSE OF THE TRUST
8. The Grantors herein expressly state that their purpose
for creating this Trust, is because the said daughter, Marjorie
Goossens, is presently in need of income which will be derived
therefrom, and to assure her a minimum of her needs now and in
the future.
COi'JPENSATION OF 'fRUSTEES
9. The Trustees hereunder shall be entitled to receive as
compensation, commissions of 5% per annum upon the income of
the Trust.
The Trustees, by joining in the execution of this Agree-
ment, hereby signify their acceptance of the Trust.
