Best-McKee, all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by her and described as follows: §09 Ellen Rood Camp Hill, PA 17011 Tax Property Map: 10-20-1848 Parcel No: 306 For sewer services rendered from 08/01/97 to 07/01/01.5aid services were rendered pursuant to ordinance. Attached hereto is o statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and the price charged therefor, said statement bein9 o true copy of the owner's account with Hampden Township which sum of $1608.47 was duly assessed against the hereinabove-nomed owner and the premises on 07/01/01 and for which sum, with interest, penalties and costs, a lien is claimed against the above-described premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.D. 207 (53 P.5. Section 7t01, et seq.), as amended and supplemented, and the Act of May 2, 1945, P.L. 382 (53 P.S. Section 301, et scq), as amended and supplemented. BY: Melvyn C.
