Whereas, the Owner is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with said
contractor, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, for
the General Construction work located within the lot of land situate in the Township of
Hampden, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania. Being Lot No. l55, Section 7B,
Point Ridge Farms, said Plan being recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in
Plan Book 23, Page 124. Being the same premises which Louis J. Curl, III and Jenny S.K. Curl,
husband and wife, by deed dated May l6, 2000 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County on June 7, 2000 in Book 222 Page 977, granted and
conveyed unto Robert delRosario and Lenke delRosario. Being Tax Assessment Parcel No. 10-
19-1598-248. Said property is also know and addressed as 150 Winfield Drive, Camp Hill, P A.
Now, Therefore, on July 7, 2005, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said owner to the said
contractor to commence work on the said project, or purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with the said contractor and the further
consideration of One Dollar paid to the said contractor by the said owner, it is agreed that no
mechanic's claims or other liens shall be filed against the building and/or ground appurtenant
thereto by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or
any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased or
furnished in connection with the construction of the said project or any part thereof, the right to
file such liens being expressly waived and relinquished herewith.
