pursuant to ordinance. Attached hereto is o statement of the kind and character of the
services so rendered and the price charged therefor, said statement being o true copy of
the owner's account with Hampden Township which sum of $430.21 was duly assessed
against the hereinabove-named owner and the premises on 07/0]/01 and for which sum, with
interest, penalties and costs, o lien is claimed against the above-described premises in
accordance with the Act of May 16, tgz3, P.L. 207 (53 P.$. Section 7101, et seq.), as
amended and supplemented, and the Act of May 2, ]945, P.L. 382 (53 P.S. Section 301,
et sag), as amended and supplemented.
