hereinafter referred to as Contractor,

BRADLEY S. LEE and AMY J. LEE, husband and wife,
, hereinafter referred to as
Owne,. whereby Iheformer undertook and ag,eed to erect and construct a single-family dwelling house
on that certain lot of ground situate in
the Township of Monroe, Cumberland County, pennsylvania, more particluarly
bounded and described in accordance with the legal description attached
hereto marked nExhibit A" and incorporated herein by reference thereto;
NOW THEREFORE. THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH! That the said Contracto,.!o, and in consideration of
the sum of($1.oo) Dollar to it/him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereofis hereby
acknowledged, and the further consid "at ion mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their
subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant
thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said Contractor. for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and
relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of
them. and agree that this instrument. waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

EXHIBIT A
LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR STIPULATION AGAINST MECHANICS' LIENS
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract ofland situate in the Township of Monroe, County of
Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at an iTOn pin set on the easternmost dedicated right-of-way line of Park
Place (S.R. 2008), at the common point of adjoiner of Lots #2 and #3 on the hereinafter
mentioned plan of subdivision; thence extending in and along said dedicated right-of-way line,
North twenty-nine (29) degrees fifty-two (52) minutes seven (07) seconds East, for a distance of
two hundred eighty-four and thirty-one hundredths (284.31) feet to a concrete monument set on
said dedicated right-of-way line at Lot #1; thence extending along Lot #1, South sixty (60)
degTees seven (07) minutes fifty-three (53) seconds East, for a distance of three hundred thirty-
one and forty-two hundredths (331.42) feet to a steel pin at lands now or formerly of Donald E,
and Marian R. Deckman, thence extending along said lands, South six (06) degrees fifty-eight
(58) minutes forty (40) seconds West, for a distance of three hundred eight and sixty-one
hundredths (308.61) feet to a steel pin at Lot #3; thence extending along Lot #3, North sixty (60)
degrees seven (07) minutes fifty-three (53) seconds West, for a distance of four hundred fifty-
one and forty-six hundredths (451.46) feet to an iron pin set on the easternmost dedicated right-
of-way line of Park Place, said pin marking the place of BEGINNING,
CONTAINING 2.555 acres, and being designated as Lot #2 all in accordance with a
plan of subdivision of Meadows on the Breeches, prepared for Harry H. Fox, Jr. by Dawood
Engineering, Inc., dated September 23,2004, and recoTded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 90, at page 129.
BEING the same premises which Harry A. Fox, Jr., and Ann G. Fox, husband and wife,
by their deed dated July 12,2005, and recorded in the Recorder's Office aforesaid prior to the
recording ofthe within Mortgage, granted and conveyed unto Bradley S. Lee and Amy 1. Lee,
husband and wife, the Owners herein.
