COMPLAINT
COUNT ONE
1. Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Financial Acceptance Pennsylvania, Inc. ("Wells
Fargo"), is a corporation conducting business at 250 I Seaport Drive, Suite BH#OO, Chester,
Pennsylvania 19013-1510.
2. Defendant, Shannon M. Murphy ("Murphy"), is an adult individual believed
to be residing at 623 State Street, Apt. #1, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania 17043.
3. The defendant herein resides in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
4. On or about August 25, 2003, Superior Pre-Owned ("Seller") sold to Murphy,
one (I) used 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer, VIN# JA3AJ86E92UOOI63 I (the "Mitsubishi"), pursuant to
a Motor Vehicle Installment Sale Contract ("Contract"), a true copy of which is annexed hereto as
Exhibit "A".
5. The Contract was assigned by Seller to Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo perfected
its security interest in the Mitsubishi by notation of its lien on the Certificate of Title, a true copy of
which is annexed hereto as Exhibit "B".
6. Murphy has defaulted in her obligations under the Contract and there is now
due and owing from Murphy to Wells Fargo the sum of$12,279.26, plus continuing late charges,
attorney's fees, and costs of suit.
7. Pursuant to the Contract, Wells Fargo is entitled to the immediate possession
of the Mitsubishi.
8. Wells Fargo has made demand on Murphy for proper payment or return of the
Mitsubishi.
9. Murphy has failed to pay the balance due or any part thereof or to return the
Mitsubishi.
10. Upon information and belief, the Mitsubishi is located at the address of
defendant, Murphy, 623 State Street, Apt. #1, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania 17043.
II. The present value of the Mitsubishi is approximately $6,658.00.
12. Wells Fargo believes that, unless prevented from doing so, defendant Murphy
will damage or remove the Mitsubishi from the residence and from Dauphin County, and that Wells
Fargo's interest in the Mitsubishi will be adversely affected.
13. Wells Fargo believes that an action for money damages may be inadequate
because the defendant may flee the jurisdiction or may not otherwise be able to pay the money
damages.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff, Wells Fargo Financial Acceptance Pennsylvania, Inc.,
demands judgment against defendant, Shannon M. Murphy, for the immediate possession of the
Mitsubishi located at 623 State Street, Apt. #1, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania 17043, as well as the entry
of judgment in the amount of$12,279.26, plus continuing late charges, attorney's fees, and costs of
suit.

COUNT ONE
I. Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Financial Acceptance Pennsylvania, Inc. ("Wells
Fargo"), is a corporation conducting business at 2501 Seaport Drive, Suite BH#OO, Chester,
Pennsylvania 19013-1510.
2. Defendant, Shannon M. Murphy ("Murphy"), is an adult individual believed
to be residing at 623 State Street, Apt. #1, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania 17043.
3. The defendant herein resides in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
4. On or about August 25, 2003, Superior Pre-Owned ("Seller") sold to Murphy,
one (I) used 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer, VIN# JA3AJ86E92UOOI631 (the "Mitsubishi"), pursuant to
a Motor Vehicle Installment Sale Contract ("Contract"), a true copy of which is annexed hereto as
Exhibit "A".
5. The Contract was assigned by Seller to Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo perfected
its security interest in the Mitsubishi by notation of its lien on the Certificate of Title, a true copy of
which is annexed hereto as Exhibit "B".
6. Murphy has defaulted in her obligations under the Contract and there is now
due and owing from Murphy to Wells Fargo the sum of$12,279.26, plus continuing late charges,
attorney's fees, and costs of suit.
7. Pursuant to the Contract, Wells Fargo is entitled to the immediate possession
of the Mitsubishi.
8. Wells Fargo has made demand on Murphy for proper payment or return of the
Mitsubishi.

9. Murphy has failed to pay the balance due or any part thereof or to return the

12. Wells Fargo believes that, unless prevented from doing so, defendant Murphy
will damage or remove the Mitsubishi from thc residence and from Dauphin County, and that Wells
Fargo's interest in the Mitsubishi will be adversely affected.
13. Wells Fargo believes that an action for money damages may be inadequate
because the defendant may flee the jurisdiction or may not otherwise be able to pay the money
damages.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff, Wells Fargo Financial Acceptance Pennsylvania, Inc.,
demands judgment against defendant, Shannon M. Murphy, for the immediate possession of the
Mitsubishi located at 623 State Street, Apt. # I, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania 17043, as well as the entry
of judgment in the amount of$12,279.26, plus continuing late charges, attorney's fees, and costs of
suit.
