AND NOW, comes the claimant, TOWNSHIP OF HAMPDEN, by the President of
its I~oard of Commissioners, who files the following claim against, John M. Sanderson, all
that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by him and described as
follows;

For sewer services rendered from 07/01/00 to 07/01/0I. Said services were rendered
pursuant to ordinance. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the
services so rendered and the price charged therefor, said statement being a true copy of
the owner's account with Hampden Township which sum of $427.10 was duly assessed
against the hereinabove-nomed owner and the premises on 07/01/01 and for which sum, with
interest, penalties and costs, a lien is claimed against the above-described premises in
accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207 (53 P.$. Section 7101, et seq.), as
amended and supplemented, and the Act of May 2, tc)4§, P.L. 382 (53 P.S. Section 301,
et seq), os amended and supplemented.
