NON PAYMENT OF FEES FOR SOIL TESTING AND REPORTING SERVICES TO MR. FORBES COMPANY
IN JULY AND AUGUST, 2000. MR. FORBES ASKED ME TO ACT AS CONSULTING SOIL SCIENTIST
FOR A PROPSOED SUBDIVISION OF HIS IN PERRY COUNTI. AFTER A FEW HOURS OF TESTING
IT BECAME APPARANT THAT THE SITE AND SOIL WERE NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYWHERE NEAR
MR. FORBES ORIGINAL CONCEPT OF 25-30 BUILDING LOTS. THE TOWNSHIP SEWAGE ENFORCEMENT
OFFICE AND I TESTED THE AVAIlABLE AREA AND I WROTE A REPORT ON THE SITE TESTING.
AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO BILL AND CONTACT MR. FORBES, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PHONE
CALL OR PAYMENT.
1 MICHAEL J. BROWN verify that the facts set forth in this complaint are true and correct to the
best of my knowledge, information, and belief. This statement is made subject to the penalties of Section 4904 of the Crimes
Code (18 PA. C.S. 94904) related to unsworn falsification to authorities.
