CUSTODY AGREEMENT
1. MOTHER is Mary E. Gardner, who currently resides at 7006 Wertzville Road,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. FATHER is Brian S. Firestone, who presently resides at 521-B Reno Avenue, New
Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. MOTHER and FATHER are the natural parents of one minor child, CALEB THOMAS
GARDNER, age seven (7) weeks, whose date of birth is March 20, 2001.
4. MOTHER shall have primary physical and legal custody of the minor child.
5. FATHER shall be entitled to exercise visitation with the child at MOTHER'S home or another
agreed upon location, on Monday and Tuesday evenings between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 11 :00 p.m.

6. The parties intend that this Agreement shall be made into an Order of Court.
