I, ELLA M. MILLER, of 135 South East Street, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, do make and publish this my last
will and testament, hereby revoking all wills heretofore made by
me.
1. I direct my executor to pay all my just debts, funeral
and administrative expenses as soon as conveniently may be done
after my death.
2. I authorize and empower my executor hereinafter named to
sell all of my property, real and personal not specifically devised
or bequeathed herein, as soon as may be convenient after my decease,
at either public or private sale or sales, and the proceeds of such
a sale or sales, together with any money or its equivalent, after
payment of debts, expenses, etc., I give and bequeath as follows:
A. I give and bequeath my sewing machine to Pauline W.
Alspaugh.
B. 10% thereof to my sister, Edna Alspaugh.
o.
C. 5% thereof to my niece, Pauline W. Alspaugh in
appreciation of her services to me.
The gifts in A, Band C above shall lapse into the
residue if Edna Alspaugh or/and Pauline W. Alspaugh should die
before my death.
D. 10% thereof to the Seventh Day Adventist Church,
of Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
E. All the rest, residue and remainder to Famine and
Disaster Relief of the General Conference of the Seventh Day
Adventist, Washington, D. C. It is my earnest desire that none
of these funds be used for building purposes.
3. I nominate and appoint The Director of the Association
Department of the Pennsylvania Conference of Seventh Day Adventists

as executor of this my last will and testament, without the
posting of any bond. Should he die before my death, resign, die
leaving any of my estate unadministere~, or renounce for any
reason, I nominate and appoint Harold S. Irwin, Jr. and Roger B.
Irwin, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, as substitute executors, with the

same powers and also without bond. .
4. I suggest that my personal representative retain the
services of Irwin, Irwin & Irwin, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, as
attorneys in the settlement of my estate.
