ERB, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all prior Wills by me at any time heretofore made. 1. I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as the same can be conveniently done. With reference to my funeral and burial arrangements, I direct that I be interred in my family burial plot in the Mechanicsburg Cemetery and that my monument bear the inscriptions as follows: "Sara Jeanne Erb - Born March 21, 1909 and Lester W. Erb - Born August 23, 1905." 2. I give and bequeath my Grandfather Clock, which belonged to my late wife, Sara Jeanne Erb, together with what remaining dishes and glassware, which I also acquired from my wife, to my stepdaughter, Marjorie Ann Strasbaugh. 3. I give and bequeath my Willow Ware Turkey Platter, my large Gold Frame Picture with the Church scene and my two Plank Bottom Rocking Chairs, to my cousin, Selwyn B. Walter, of Hyattesville, Maryland. -1~ 748 :' ';~ .' . 4. I give and bequeath all my my capital common stock which I own in my oil business of Lester W. Erb,Inc., as well as, any equipment now used in said business, if any, which may still be registered or titled in my name at the time of my decease, such as vehicles, tools and general equipment, to Nevin Whitcomb and Lois Whitcomb, his wife, share and share alike, or to the survivor of said two, should either of them predecease me, absolutely and unconditionally. 5. I direct that the inheritance tax on all of the above mentioned bequests, be paid out of my residuary estate. 6. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever the same may be situated; shall be converted into cash, and for this purpose, I authorize, empower and direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to sell any and all real estate which I may own at the time of my decease, at either public or private sale or sales. After my estate has thus been converted into cash, I direct the settlement and distribution of the same to be made in the following manner, to wit: (a) I give and bequeath twenty-five (25~) per cent. of my residuary estate to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, located at Mounted Route, Enola, Pennsylvania. ( c) I give and bequeath the remaining fifty (50%) per cent. of my residuary estate to the Heart Fund; the Odd Fellows Home Association, Middletown, Pennsylvania; the Mechanicsburg Cemetery Association; the Business Men's League of Mechanicsburg. Whereas I have heretofore made a certain loan to my corporation of Lester W. Erb, Inc., for business purposes, for which loan I have received a duly executed Judgment Note dated January 1, 1978, in the amount of $38,893.18, payable on . demand to my order as obligee, I do by this codicil give and bequeath said Judgment Note and any balance which may remain due thereunder at the time of my decease, to Nevin Whitcomb and Lois Whitcomb, his wife, share and share alike, or to the survivor of said two, should either of them predecease me. 2. I hereby ratify and confirm my Last Will and Testament dated January 2, 1978, in all other respects and to all intents and purp'oses not inconsistent herewith.
