KILMORE, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg, County' of Cumberland and state of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understandihg, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will M~ , and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by me heretofore made. 1. I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as can conveniently be done. 2. I give and bequeath my wooden chest, bed and chest of drawers to my son, Vance E. Kilmore, and direct that the inheritance tax thereon shall be paid ~out of the residue of my estate. 3. I direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to convert: 'all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate to cash, after which I direct the disposition and distribution of my estate to be made in the following manner, to wit: (a) I give and bequeath one-third thereof to my son,Vance E.
