SCHEDULE OF PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION Suggestion is made, that the balance in hands of Accountant for Distribution, to wit, the sum of $48,246.06, consisting entirely of Cash, be paid over to decedent's son and six grandchildren hereinafter named on the basis of one-third thereof being paid to decedent's son, Vance E. Kilmore; one-third thereof in equal shares to the three children of Leslie M. Kilmore, decedent's son who died on April 8, 1976, to wit, Florence Ki1more Kozy, Carlyle Kilmore and Carolyn Ki1more Robinson, each thus receiving a one-ninth share of said Distribution sum; and a one-ninth share to decedent's granddaughter, Wanda J. Lehman Heise, a one-ninth share to decedent's granddaughter, Winifred J. Lehman Hock, and a one-ninth share to decedent's granddaughter, Gwendolyn Lehman, which is in compliance with the directions set forth under item "3." of decedent's Last Will and Testament, wherein she 'directed Distribution of her entire estate to be made "one-third to her , son, Vance E. Kilmore; one-third to her son, Leslie M. Kilmore (now deceased), and a one-ninth share each to her granddaughters, Wanda J. Lehman (noi, Heise), Winifred J. Lehman (nOl' Hock), and Gwendolyn Lehman," and therefore Distribution is proposed as follows: In Cash to Vance E. Kilmore, a son. In Cash to Florence Ki1more Kozy, a granddaughter.
