LAST WILL
I, DOROTHY lV. KRUGER, of Carlisle, Cumberland County, ,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and revoke any wills
previously made by me.
I. I devise and bequeath all of the residue of my estate,
of whatever nature or wherever situated, to my husband,Creedin
S. Kruger.
II. If my husband, Creedin S. Kruger, does ,not survive me,
then I dispose of my estate in the manner set forth hereinafter.
III. 'I bequeath to the Carlisle Civic Club and the Carlisle
4
Garden Club each a Dorothy W. Kruger Memorial Membership.
IV. I bequeath to my sister, Anna Mae Wilson, $5000.00.
V. 'I direct my executor to turn over to Anna Mae Wi Ison the
following which are hers: six cane-seated, straight-back chairs

and one cane-seated rocker.
VI. I bequeath to Patricia Jumper Kiehl one antique, gold
watch, formerly owned by Mrs. Emma Jean Wilson.

The foregoing bequests are given in dedication of the glory of
God and in the memory of the parents of my husband and myself.
VIII. I appoint my husband, Creedin S. Kruger, to be Executor
of this my will.' In the event he fails to qualify or ceases to
act, then I appoint my sister, Anna Mae Wilson, to be Executor.
