Hesse, all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by him and described os follows: 925 Orrs Bridge Road Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 Tax Property Map: i0-17-1035 Parcel No: 093 For sewer services rendered from 07/25/00 to 07/01/01. Said services were rendered pursuant to ordinance. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and the price charged therefor, said statement being a true copy of the owner's account with Hampden Township which sum of $316.12 was duly assessed against the hereinobove-named owner and the premises on 07/01/01 and for which sum, with interest, penalties and costs, a lien is claimed against the above-described premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L 207 (53 P.S. Section 7101, et seq.), as amended and supplemented, and the Act of May 2, 1945, P.L. 382 (53 P.S. Section 301, et seq), as amended and supplemented. ATOWNSHIP OF HAMPDEN BY: Melvyn C.
