of DAUPHIN DEPOSIT BANK AND TRUST COMPANY Executor of the Will

of Rose E. Graham, deceased, having been confirmed, together
with a statement of distribution awarding the real estate of the
deceased, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the following
described real.. estate be, and the same is hereby, awarded to
.C.. Freemont Graham: c.
ALL that certain lot of land situate in the
Borough of Newville, County of Cumberland, State of
Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described
as follows, in accordance with a survey by. Thomas
Alvin Neff registered surveyor, dated August 14, 1969:
BEGINNING at a point identified by a cross mark
on the .curb of the westerly side of South High Street
in '.the Borough of Newville at the corner of the 'prop-
erty hereby conveyed and the property of Leo S. Auman;
thence by said Auman land and bYja fence line,_South
70 degrees 00 minutes West 57.87 feet to a point marked
by an iron pin; thence continuing by Auman land and by
a line marked bya,fence, South 19 degrees 37 minutes
East 71. 4 7 feet I to !a" :point on the north line ; of .... /,
Liberty Alley, which point is markedbycan ,iron pin; .
thence by the northerly line of Liberty Alley, South
71 degrees 01 minutes West 22.35 feet to an iron pin;
thence by the line of property. of Howard G. Etter and
by the westerly line of a 3-foot wide concrete alley,
North 21 degrees 17 minutes 40 seconds West 116.05
feet to a point marked by an iron pin, a corner of
lands of AltaEnsminger; thence by said Ensminger
lands and lands of C. F. Graham, North 70 degrees
00 minutes East 81.97 feet to a point marked by a
spike on the curb of the westerly line of South
High Street; thence by said line, South 19 degrees
37 minutes East 45 feet to the Place of BEGINNING.
Having thereon erected a two story frame dwelling
house, No. 54 South High Street, and a concrete block
garage.
Under and subject to the right of third persons
to the use of an alleyway 3. feet wide extending

or late of Alta Ensminger.

Being the same premises which Mark E. Garber,
Executor of the Estate of Bruce M. Bowman deceased,
by Deed dated August 22,1969, recorded in Deed
Book 23 I, Page 860, conveyed-to Stewart C. and
Rose E. Graham, his wife.. The said Stewart C.
Graham predeceased Rose E. Graham in whom title
remained vested as surviving tenant by the
entireties. .
