Pennsylvania, make, 'publish' and declare .this to be a .Codicil ,to my..Last,
Will and Testament dated June 26, 1959.
1. I name, constitute and appoint my husband, STEWART C.
GRAHAM, to be the Executor of this, my Will, and if he shall fail to
survive me or shall renounce his right to receive Letters under said
Will, I name, constitute and appoint DAUPHIN DEPOSIT TRUST COMPANY to
be the Executor thereof.
2. If I survive my husband, STEWART C. GRAHAM, I give and
bequeath unto each of my grandchildren who is an adult and to DAUPHIN
DEPOSIT TRUST COMPANY, as Trustee for each who shall be a minor at
the time of my death, any portiOn of the legacy left to such granchild
or Trustee by the Will of my husband, STEWART C. GRAHAM, which has not
been paid by his estate.
3. In all other respects, I ratify, confirm and re-publish
my said Will dated June 26, 1959.
