as my last Will with respect to the distribution of my'assets
to the be low named hei r 's. I (Louise HcKerrocher) bestow the
responsibility of such distribution to Bruce R. Berkley. It
is my intent and"desir'e to have Bruce R. Berkley act as my
administrator upon my expiration. All monitary sums have been

set aside in the form of Bonds and Certificates of Deposit with
my intended heir named as co-owner on Bond or Certificate.
All Bonds and Certificates are to be distributed within a
reasonable amount of time following my passing; with the exception
of the 3 Bonds to my Grandchildren -Cindy, Paul Jr., and \iichael
~cKerrocher. These Bonds ~ill be placed in trust by Bruce R.
Berkley and held untill each of these children reaches the a~e
of 21 years, or untill such a time that these children become
needy of said funds, not to be hefore any child reaches the age
of lB years. The needy condition of any i~dividule child
shall be determined by Bruce R. Berkle~.
All personal property of any nature which may consist of any
personal belongings of which the majority is to he found at
323 6th Street, New Cumberland, ra. and in storage at the ~i. F.
qockey Storage Co. is to be divided equally between Peggy L.
Gish and Penny S. Berkley.
Funeral arangements are to he aranged by the communitive agreement
of Peggy L. Gish, Penny S. Berkley and Rr~ce R. Berkley.
There is one Certificate of Deposit(Drawn on DauphinUiposit Bank)
which is solely in my name and if'Y should not be in physical
condition to have this changed, theh, it is to go to my
administrator to be used solely for burial expenses.
