I, SAMUEL G. BOUSE, of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will, 'hereby revoking all
prior wills and codicils.
ITEM I. I direct that all my just debts, any expenses that
may have resulted from my last illness, and my funeral expenses
shall be paid from my estate as soon as practicable after my decease.
ITEM II. I give, devise and bequeath all of my property,
whether real or personal, and wherever the same may be situate or
located, to my wife, SHIRLEY BOUSE, provided she survives me by at
least fifteen (15) days. If my wife does not survive me by at least
fifteen (15) days, then I direct my Executrix, named hereafter, to
dispose of my property as set forth in the following items.
ITEM III. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real or personal, as above, I give, devise and bequeath to
my children, in equal shares, per stirpes.
