SLOAT, of Lisburn, Lower Allen Township, Cumber- land County, Pennsylvania, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all other Wills by me at any time heretofore made. 1. I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my death as may be convenient to my Executor hereinafter named. 2. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate at the time of my death, I give, devise and bequeath unto ~y wife, Lottie M. Sloat, if she survives me. 3. In the event that my said wife does not survive me, Or if by reason of a common disaster we both receive injuries resulting in death to both of us within sixty (60) days of each other, I direct that my Executor, hereinafter named, shall sell and convert into cash all of my estate, real, personal and mixed, at public or private sale and upon such terms and conditions as it may deem to the best interests of my estate, and that the proceeds derived therefrom shall be divided equally among my nieces and nephews, as follows: Caroline Hershey, Janet Hopkins, Isabelle Hoffman, Gerald Lefever, Miriam Sidle, Helen Widder, Harold Widder, Sarah Proudfoot, Kathryn Fishel, Evelyn Harney, Frances Eyler, Robert Lefever, Garth Lefever, and Jane Baker. 4. I name, constitute and appoint Lemoyne Trust Company, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, to be the Executor of this, my Will.
