STATEMENT OF THE REASONS FOR THE PROPOSED DISTRIBUOON
The above distribution is made in accordance with Paragraph 1 (b) of the Charitable Remainder
Annuity Trust established November 4, 1985 by V\IIniam B. Anderson and Martha E. Anderson, with
Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, Successor to Farmers Trust Company, as Trustee. Martha
E. Anderson died March 8,1988. V\lllIiam B. Anderson died April 18, 2002. Mr. Anderson did not
exercise his limited Power of Appointment. Therefore, distribution will be made to Shriners Hospitals for
Crippled Children

The above distribution is made in accordance with Paragraph 1 (b) of the Charitable Remainder
Annuity Trust established November 4, 1985 by VlAUiam B. Anderson and Martha E. Anderson, with
Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, SUccessor to Farmers Trust Company, as Trustee. Martha
E. Anderson died March 8,1988. VlAlliam B. Anderson died April 18, 2002. Mr. Anderson did not
exercise his limited Power of Appointment. Therefore, distribution will be made to Shriners Hospitals for
Crippled Children
