17'\ 2005, it is Ordered that the probate record be opened and the instrument dated April 25, 2003 is
admitted as a later discovered Last Will and Testament of James L. Collins, deceased. It is further
Ordered that Letters Testamentary issued to Mary Elizabeth Coble on March 22, 2005, are amended to
reflect the Last Will and Testament as the instrument dated April25, 2003.
