Re: Estate of Stella M. Holley
/Dear Sir:
Mabel H. Wentz, who has petitioned for Letters of Administration
in the above mentioned estate, is the only heir or next of kin who is
able to handle the settlement of the above estate. The decedent was
survived by her mother who resides at Claremont Farms and is 95 years
of age and is senile and/or incompetent. The decedent is survived by
two sisters older than Mabel H. Wentz but they are 76 and 72 years
old. Neither resides in Cumberland County and neither drive and,
therefore, would not be able to handle the estate. In addition
the said Mabel H. Wentz handled the decedent's business matters before
she died and was her power of attorney for the last three or four years.
Please advise.
