MANGOLD the sum of Four Hundred Thousand and 00/100 ($400,000.00) Dollars, together with interest at the rate of six percent (6%) per annum compounded monthly, or an amount equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the sale price of my interest in Real Estate Technology Initiatives, Inc. ("RETI") or Keystone Programming, Inc. d/b/a ANTElL, INC.
