LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I, E. Louise Gilbertson, a resident of Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this as and for my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making null and void any and all Wills and Testaments, or writings in the nature thereof, by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST: I nominate, constitute anda.ppoint my husband, Wesley E. Gilbertson, to be Executor of this, my last Will and Testament. Should a substitute or successor Executor be required, I nominate, constitute and appoint as such C. C. N. B. Bank, N. A., New Cumberland, Penpsylvania, or its successor corp- oration. SECOND: I bequeath to my sister, Virginia Bloss, who, at the time of execu- tion of this last Will and Testament, resides at Atlanta, Georgia, my mother's bedroom suite consisting of a bed, dresser, mirror and vanity with mirror, and a separate arm chair, the same to be hers absolutely. THllID: I bequeath to my husband I s niece, Ann Morstad, who, at the time of execution of this last Will and Testament, resides at New Berlin, Wisconsin, my string of pearls and my pearl pin, the same to be hers absolutely. FOURTH: I bequeath to my husband's niece, Beth Morstad, who, at the time of execution of this last Will and Testament, resides at New Berlin, Wisconsin, my pendant watch, the same to be hers absolutely. FIFTH: I bequeath to my sister, Cornelia Driver, if she be living at the time of my death, the sum of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00). At the time of execution of this la.st Will and Testament my said sister resides at San Francisco, California. SIXTH: I bequeath to my brother, John Morrell Driver, if he be living at the time of my death, the sum of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00). At the time of execution of this last Will and Testament my said brother re- sides at Atlanta, Georgia. SEVENTH: I bequeath to my sister, Virginia Bloss, if she be living at the time of my death, the sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00). EIGHTH: All the rest, residue and remainder of my property and estate, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate, of which I shall die seized or possessed, or of which I shall be entitled to dispose at the time of my death, I give, devise and bequeath to my husband, Wesley E. Gilbertson, the same to be his abSOlutely. NINTH: Should my said husband, Wesley E. Gilbertson, not be living at the time of my death, or should my said husband and I die as the result of a common accident or disaster, then and in either event, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my property and estate, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate, of which I shall die seized or possessed, or of which I shall be entitled to dispose at the time of my death, in equal one-half shares to my husband's sisters, Dorothy Mae Morstad and LaVerne A. Spitzer, the same to be theirs absolutely. At the time of execution of this last Will and Testament Dorothy Mae Morstad resides at New Berlin, Wisconsin and LaVerne A. Spitzer re- sides at Rocky River, Cleveland, Ohio., TENTH: I hereby direct that all estate or inheritance taxes which may be assessed or may become p~able as a result of my death ~e paid from the resid- uary portion of my estate.
