LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, D. ARTHUR CLOUSER, of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland
county,Pennsylvania, being of sound ~ind, ~emory and understanding,
do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me
at any time heretofore made.
FIRST. I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses, including
all inheritance taxes that may be assessed against my estate, be fully
paid and satisfied out of my estate by my executors hereinafter named
as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease.
SECOND. It is desired and requested that I be given the same
burial as my wife Reba was given.
THIRD. I give and bequeath the sum of two thousand ($2,000.00)
dollars to my son, David >>. Clouser, as I feel he is entitled to this
bequest because of the fact that he was not able to receive as much
college education as my other son.
FOURTH. I give, devise and bequeath all the furniture located
in my son David's old bedroom at my residence to my son, David B.
Clouser.
FIFTH. I direct, authorize and empower my executors hereinafter
named to convert my entire estate, real and personal, whatsoever and
wherever situate, or any part thereof, into cash at either public or
private sale or sales at the best price or prices obtainable in their
discretion, and I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, in
whatever form my executors have placed the same, unto my two sons,
David B. Clouser and Geoffrey L. Clouser, in equal shares, share and
share alike, or to their issue if either of them should predecease me.
