ARTHUR CLOUSER, LATE OF CARLISLE, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYL- VANIA, DECEASED IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA ORPHANS I COURT DIVISION NO. 21-78-321 AND NOW, this ~ day of -j 1979, it appearing that the First and Final Account and Statement of Proposed Distribution of David B. Clouser and Geoffrey L. Clouser, Executors of the Estate of D. Arthur Clouser, Deceased, late of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, have been .fi1ed and advertised in accordance with law and rules of Court and the same have been confirmed by the Orphans' Court of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on May 1, 1979, and it appearing that said Executors intheir Statement of Proposed Distribu- tion claim the distribution of real property known as 114 West Willow Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in kind, to David B. Clouser, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the hereinafter described real property is hereby awarded to David B. Clouser, his heirs and assigns, ALL that certain lot of ground situate in the Borough of Carlisle, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the projected division line of the land now or formerly of Clarence C. Kepner and wife and the center line of West Willow Street, which intersection point is 97 feet westwardly from the intersection point of the center lines of South pitt Street and West Willow Street; thence running west- wardly along the center line of said West Willow Street a distance of 74 feet to a point, which point is the intersection of the p~ojected easterly side of a 12 foot alley and the center line of said West Willow Street; thence running southwardly along the eastern side of said alley a distance of 70 feet to a point, the intersection of the division line of land now or formerly of Roy G. Line and wife and the eastern side of said alley; thence running eastwardly along the division line of land now or formerly of Roy G. Line and wife a distance of 74 feet to a point, the intersection of the division lines of the land now or formerly of said Roy G. Line and wife and Clarence C. Kepner and wife a distance of 70 feet to the point and place of Beginning. Having thereon erected a two story brick and frame dwelling hous~ and frame garage. Being known and numbered as No. 114 West Willow Street. BEING the same premises which John P. McCoy and Pearl C. McCoy, his wife, by deed dated September 3, 1943 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "S", Vol. 12, Page 223, granted and conveyed to D. Arthur Clouser and Reba B. Clouser, his wife. See also quit claim deed from Lois E.Yarna11, widow, eta1., dated October 1, 1943 and recorded in said Recorder's Office in Deed Book "T", Vol. 12, Page 455, to D. Arthur Clouser and Reba B. Clouser, his wife. And, the said Reba B. Clouser died September 26, 1966, thereby vesting the entire right, title and interest in D. Arthur Clouser, the surviving tenant by the entireties. The Recorder of Deeds in and for said County of Cumberland is directed to record this Order among the deeds in his official capacity and to index same in the Grantor index against the Esate of D. Arthur Clouser, andh the Grantee index to David B. Clouser, in accordance with the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code of 1972, Sect. 3536. By the Court, ~ bt~K lOG i.\Ct 340
