LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
BE IT REMEMBERED, that I, MARY LYNN MONTGOMERY, of
the City of Chester, County of Delaware and State of Pennsylvania
being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills and Codicils hereto-
fore made by me.
ITEM I: I direct my Executors hereinafter named to
pay all my just debts and funeral exp~nses as soon as convenient
after my decease.
IT~ II: All the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, whether real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever kind and
nature and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath unto
my husband, John M. Montgomery, absolutely and in fee, but in the
event that my said husband should predecease me or we should die
in a common disaster, I then give, devise and bequeath all of my
estate, whether real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever kind and
nature and whereseover situate, unto my daughter, Jane Blair Hild ,
whose present address is P.O. Box 284, Enon, Ohio, absolutely and
in fee.
ITEM III: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint
my husband, John M. Montgomery and my daughter, Jane Blair Hildt,
or the survivor of them, Executors of my estate, hereby
authorizing and empowering my said Executors for the payment of
debts or for any purpose of administration or distribution to
sell all or any of my real estate, at public or private sale,
for such prices and upon such terms as to cash and credit as
they may deem best, and to execute deeds of conveyance thereof,
without liability on the part of the purchasers to see to the
application of the purchase moneys.
